Real-estate development — capital raising
2026 Digital One-Pagers A builder for investor offering pages. Each page reads from the firm's own records, stays current as the raise fills, and reports who opened it, what they downloaded and whether it was forwarded.
Construction and development — internal product
2026 Ideas Board An internal board where staff propose tools to build. Five votes per person per month decide what gets built, and every idea shows its stage, so whoever raised it can see where it went.
Real estate — multifamily asset management
2026 Multifamily Dashboard Daily operating numbers for a four-building apartment portfolio. The management firm's reports are reconciled every night and reach ownership's phone before the working day starts, with a written brief on what changed.

2026 Nelson Brand and Website The public site for a Des Moines developer, investor and general contractor. Development and construction each get their own path through it, the portfolio filters by sector, and the investor material is stated before anyone has to ask.

2026 Operations Console The system of record for the investor side of a development business — investors, investments, payments and conversations in one place. The other tools read from it rather than keeping their own copies.
Travel — independent group travel
2026 The Northern Summer A trip planner built to be used in the field rather than before leaving. It holds one day at a time, works out when to leave each stop, and redraws the day's route on a map when the stops are reordered.
Real estate — multifamily leasing and lease-up
2021 The Canary Lofts Name, identity, website and signage for a new apartment building in the Drake neighbourhood of Des Moines. The address invites one obvious pitch; the work makes a different and larger one.
Hospitality — bars and restaurants
2011 The BeerGenius A touchscreen beer browser for a bar carrying more than 250 craft beers. One inventory, maintained by the owner, drives the in-venue kiosk, the menu on phones and the bar's website.
Construction — internal operations
2026 Apparel Orders An internal store for company clothing. Orders route to the right supervisor for approval by email, with no account to create, and every order carries its own state. It replaced a catalogue PDF passed around by email.
Construction — preconstruction and estimating
2026 Bidders List A bid-tracking database for one estimator, built around identity rather than storage: the same subcontractor arrives in the inbox under six spellings, and a split bid history is worse than none. It resolves them into one firm and files incoming bids from email.

2026 Investor Directory A read-only lookup of the whole investor book, built for a tablet. Five keystrokes gives an investor's holdings and payment history. It reads the system of record rather than keeping a copy.

2026 Media Library A project-organised store for photography, renderings and video that feeds the investor offering pages. Files dropped into the team's existing shared folder appear automatically, sized four ways.
Construction and development — internal communications
2026 The Newsletter Puzzle A monthly word-search puzzle shipped with the company newsletter, with a live leaderboard and a small prize. The clock counts time spent on the puzzle rather than time elapsed, so being busy cannot cost you the win.

2026 The Offering Archive An archive that files offering documents straight from email. Copy it on a send and it reads the document, files it as that project's next version, and records what changed since the last one.
